 Q:  WHAT IS A FRAME WEBSITE?

A: A frame website is when you have your own or anothers website, and you go into
it to check it out. However some parts of the website doesn't move.That is because
some parts of the website's are framed not to be moved or scrolled downward or upward
when some other parts you can mess around with by moving them. There is more
then just one section of the website that wouldnt move, but it just all depends at
what you want to look at and what there is to move and not to. For example the 
Title of the page 99% of the time isn't able to move including the the sources
for that site.
